1. Booking & Payments
A plot is provisionally reserved only upon receipt of the applicable booking amount, as
communicated by our sales team. This reservation is tentative and is confirmed only once the
full booking amount has been received and acknowledged by Kannammal Garden Realtors.
Payments may be made via the modes we specify at the time of booking (bank transfer, cheque,
or other means we accept). Please retain proof of payment for your records. Prices, payment
schedules, and applicable charges (registration, stamp duty, legal, and other statutory
charges) are communicated separately and are payable in addition to the quoted plot price
unless stated otherwise in writing.
2. Plot Allocation & Possession
Plot allocation is subject to availability at the time of confirmed booking. Layout plans,
plot dimensions, and site images shown on this website are for general representation and
may vary slightly from the final approved layout and survey measurements.
DTCP and RERA approval details for each project are stated on the respective project page and
are accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the date shown; buyers are encouraged to
independently verify approval numbers with the relevant authorities before making payment.
Possession and registration timelines communicated to customers are indicative and may be
affected by factors outside our control, including regulatory approvals, infrastructure
development, and force majeure events.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Should a customer wish to cancel a booking, a written request must be submitted to our
sales office. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting any administrative
or processing charges applicable at the time of booking, and will be communicated to the
customer in writing.
Refund timelines vary depending on the stage of booking and the payment method originally
used, and will be confirmed to the customer on a case-by-case basis at the time of
cancellation.
